By accessing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into a contract. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

We describe each product and show a fitment indication for the motorcycle model you select, so you can see whether a part is flagged as fitting your bike before you buy. This fitment guidance is provided to help you and is based on the information available to us; it is your responsibility to confirm that a part suits your specific motorcycle, its year, and its configuration before purchase and before installation.

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and specifications accurate, but we do not warrant that they are always complete or error-free. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Shipping is calculated at checkout. Prices and shipping rates may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted. If a price is listed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — see below.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which happens when your payment is captured and we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Many parts are sourced on demand from our suppliers and then prepared and shipped from the Philippines. Because of this, lead times shown on the site or in your order are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

Payment is processed securely by PayPal. Your card or account details are handled by PayPal directly; we never receive or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured. Unpaid orders expire automatically after a short period and release any hold.

We ship worldwide from the Philippines. Delivery time frames are estimates and depend on sourcing, the destination, and the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us promptly so we can help resolve it with the carrier. Full details will be set out in our Shipping Policy.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipientand are not included in the price or shipping charge, unless we state otherwise at checkout. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

If you need to return an item or request a refund, our Returns Policy explains when returns are accepted, how to start one, and who pays return shipping. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Philippine Consumer Act.

We sell genuine and reputable-brand products. Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, it is provided on the manufacturer’s terms. Beyond that and beyond your rights under applicable law, products are sold on an “as described” basis. Installation and fitment are your responsibility; we are not liable for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, racing or off-road use, or modification of a product.

The content on this site — text, layout, graphics, and our logo — belongs to MotoTech or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks, including CFMOTO and the brands of the products we sell, remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered. MotoTech is an independent retailer and is not the manufacturer of, or otherwise affiliated with, those brands unless expressly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotoTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a product, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect when you place it. When we make changes, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY, PHILIPPINES — e.g. Parañaque City].
